Full Bio / Wiki
Uriah Teague (b. 17 November 1979) grew up in Memphis, Tennessee, in a city where gospel, hymnody and blues have long shared the same air — church on Sunday, blues nearby, gospel underneath both. He came to the guitar through hymns first, then fingerpicked sacred-blues records, and his current register stays close to that root: a voice, a guitar and a room.

His debut single, "In the Hunger," treats fasting as communion rather than punishment — a clearing of noise and hurry so that prayer becomes audible again. He plays it plain: no arena voice, no showmanship, no tidy answers, just a man praying out loud with a guitar in his hands.

Three words: reverent, searching, plain. On stage he is quiet, warm and completely unperformed — a white Memphis artist honoring an inheritance of Black gospel and blues without pretending to own it. Weathered, humble, unhurried.

What they are

Uriah Teague is an AI-realised act from FARA Records — Fully Artificial, Radically Authentic, the AI-native label of SPATIALx. The lyrics, emotional brief, arrangement and production behind every act on the label come from human writers and directors. Suno renders the vocal and musical takes from there, and the results are handed back to be curated, re-prompted, edited and mastered until they say exactly what they were built to say. We don't hide any of it — the seams are part of the art. This isn't AI filler standing in for a band. It's real songwriting, real direction, and a voice that didn't exist before.
