What we deliver

SPATIALx Media sells digital music, books and bundles. Your selected product page and edition state what is included and which file formats are supplied. A digital purchase includes no physical record, printed book, tablet, phone or other hardware unless the listing expressly says otherwise.

No postal shipping charge applies to a digital download.

Receiving your files

The delivery information shown for your order explains how to obtain the files. Use your correct email address at checkout and retain the order confirmation. Content described as an instant download is supplied once payment is accepted, subject to the required agreement for early digital supply during a cancellation period.

If a release has a later delivery date or requires a different process, that information must appear before you buy. We will contact you if a problem prevents us meeting the delivery commitment for an order.

Opening and keeping your files

Check the format and compatibility information before purchasing. Music files require a player that supports the supplied format; ebooks require a compatible reading application. Reader or platform names identify the edition's stated compatibility, not a promise that a purchase will appear automatically in a third-party account.

An internet connection is needed to obtain files. After downloading, save a backup so you can keep your purchased edition. Free previews and website streams are separate from purchased files.

If a download is missing or does not work

Check the order email and spam folder, then contact Shopify@spatialx.io or use our contact page. Include your order number where available, the title and the problem. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

We will help you obtain the content you bought or provide the remedy due under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
