Who we are
SPATIALx Media is operated by SPATIALX LTD, company number 10831538. Our registered office and correspondence address is 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom.
You can contact us at Shopify@spatialx.io or through our contact page.
These terms cover your use of spatialx.media and purchases of digital music, books and bundles from this store. The product description, your selected edition and the information shown at checkout form part of your order. Your statutory consumer rights continue to apply.
Browsing, previews and the listening pass
You may browse the catalogue, read the site's available editorial content and use SPATIALx Radio without registering. Where the listening pass is offered, other music players provide guest previews of up to 30 seconds. To continue beyond a preview, use the listening-pass registration shown by the player. The following listening-pass terms apply when you use that feature.
Registration is free. It is separate from buying a download, and it does not subscribe you to marketing unless you choose the optional marketing checkbox. You can leave optional interest questions unanswered. Unsubscribing from marketing does not remove your listening access or affect a purchase.
The listening pass gives access to the streaming material made available on the site. It does not transfer ownership of the music, provide a download licence, or guarantee that every release is available for full-length streaming. A track's player and product page identify the material offered. Availability may change; this does not remove your rights in downloads you have already bought.
Please provide your own accurate contact information. We use a browser access marker to remember a completed registration where the browser permits it. Clearing browser data, changing browsers or using another device can mean you are asked to register again. This is not a verified identity service or a promise of permanent access to hosted streams.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use registration details, preferences and marketing choices.
Choosing a digital edition
Check the title, selected format, language, file type, contents and stated device or software requirements before ordering. Different editions may contain different files. An album, a companion book and a bundle are separate choices unless the description says otherwise.
A digital cover mockup, tablet, phone, record sleeve or book image illustrates the release; hardware or a physical copy is included only if the product description expressly says so. A platform or reader name used to describe compatibility does not mean that the purchase is made from, endorsed by, or automatically added to an account with that platform.
You need an internet connection to obtain digital files and a compatible device or application to open them. After downloading, keep a backup. Please contact us before purchase if compatibility information is unclear; an inaccurate or incomplete description does not remove your legal rights.
Prices, orders and payment
The price and currency for your selected edition are shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout. The final total identifies applicable taxes and any additional charges before you pay. You can review the basket and correct your details before placing the order.
An order is placed when you complete checkout and authorise payment. We accept it when we send the order confirmation or make the purchased content available, whichever happens first. Keep your confirmation, which records what you bought and the price paid.
If a genuine listing error or availability problem means we cannot fulfil the order as described, we will contact you promptly. We will not replace the item with a different edition or charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cannot agree a suitable resolution, we will refund the affected purchase.
Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. You must be authorised to use the payment method you choose.
The first-order offer
Where offered with listening-pass signup, code LISTEN20 gives a new customer 20% off the product subtotal of their first order from SPATIALx Media. It applies to all products, including music, books and bundles, with no minimum spend. It is available once per customer and cannot be combined with other discount codes or automatic discounts. It does not discount any separately charged delivery fees or apply to an order already completed. It has no cash value.
Register for the listening pass, enter LISTEN20 at checkout or use the supplied discount link, and check that the saving appears before you pay. The checkout checks eligibility using the customer details associated with the order. Use the same email address as your registration. Contact us if an eligible discount does not apply.
Marketing consent is not required to receive or use the offer. Unsubscribing does not cancel an offer already provided under these conditions or affect listening access. Statutory refund rights remain unchanged; refunds reflect the amount actually paid. Any end date will be displayed with the offer before signup, and we will honour any validity period already promised.
Delivery and cancellation
Digital delivery arrangements for your edition are stated before purchase and in the order confirmation. Digital products do not incur postal delivery charges. Please see our Digital Delivery Policy for access and download help.
UK consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for a digital-content purchase, starting when the contract is made. We will only rely on loss of that cancellation right after supply begins if you first expressly request early supply and acknowledge that starting supply means losing the right to cancel, and the required confirmation is provided. Agreeing to general terms or joining the listening pass is not that agreement.
Faulty, misdescribed or undelivered content remains covered by your statutory rights. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which explains remedies and how to cancel.
Using your purchases and the site
Unless a product includes a different licence, a digital purchase is for your own personal listening or reading. You may keep the supplied files and make backup copies for that use. Buying a file does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights.
You must not resell, publicly redistribute, upload or share paid files or private download links without permission. Broadcasting, public performance, commercial use or synchronising music with video may need additional permissions. Contact us to discuss a licence. These terms do not prevent uses permitted by law or under a separate licence we have agreed with you.
Do not submit someone else's details without permission, interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, or use automated activity to damage the service or collect other people's information. Any restriction we apply for misuse will be proportionate to the issue; it does not cancel consumer remedies or justify withholding a refund that is due.
If something goes wrong
Tell us about a download, payment or access problem using the contact details above. Include the order number if you have one and enough information to identify the problem; never send full payment-card details. We will investigate and work with you to put it right.
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude responsibility for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective digital content, or any other liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. Your rights to repair, replacement, an appropriate price reduction or other applicable remedy remain intact.
We may make reasonable changes to the free site, its presentation and available preview features. Material changes to a paid product or an existing order require a lawful basis and cannot simply be imposed through a later version of these terms. If a service interruption affects delivery of a purchase, contact us for a remedy.
Complaints, disputes and changes
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint. This does not prevent you seeking independent advice, using a dispute-resolution route that applies, or bringing proceedings in a court available to you under applicable consumer law. We do not require you to use a foreign court or give up mandatory protections that apply where you live.
The terms shown when you order apply to that order. We may update these terms for future transactions and will date the published version. A later update does not retrospectively reduce your rights.
