Full Bio / WikiCole Ferris (b. 2004) grew up in Oceanside, on the same stretch of San Diego County coastline that produced a chunk of skate-punk and pop-punk history. He came up inside that lineage rather than discovering it later — the sneering, conversational vocal delivery he brings to Red Tape's verses is a direct inheritance from Blink-182's home turf and Rancid's East Bay-adjacent energy, absorbed the way a kid absorbs whatever's already playing in the garage next door.
His instrument is guitar and a sneering, unpolished lead vocal — real anger delivered conversationally rather than performed for effect, no theatrics, no vocal runs.
