Full Bio / Wiki
Odette Sinclair was born May 23, 2001, and splits her time between Oxford, UK and New York — a foot on each side of the Atlantic, never fully belonging to either. As a child she was close, watchful, and interior, most herself in headphones, tuning the rest of the room out.

That interiority runs straight through her music. Her sound draws on Cat Power and Hope Sandoval/Mazzy Star for their warm, distant intimacy, the cinematic ambient hush of Portishead, and the Delta-blues and roots lineage that runs through to Rhiannon Giddens, with Nina Simone's confessional warmth somewhere underneath all of it.

Onstage and on record, Odette favours exposure over volume, letting a song build through what it admits rather than how loud it gets. Three words: reflective, exposed, quietly adrift.

What they are

Odette Sinclair is an AI-realised act from FARA Records — Fully Artificial, Radically Authentic, the AI-native label of SPATIALx. The lyrics, emotional brief, arrangement and production behind every act on the label come from human writers and directors. Suno renders the vocal and musical takes from there, and the results are handed back to be curated, re-prompted, edited and mastered until they say exactly what they were built to say. We don't hide any of it — the seams are part of the art. This isn't AI filler standing in for a band. It's real songwriting, real direction, and a voice that didn't exist before.
