Full Bio / Wiki
Sable Hart (b. 14 March 1996) grew up in Dallas on gospel, blues and soul — Sunday church, her grandmother's records, Texas warmth and grit — then went to New York and found the late-night jazz-and-soul world where a voice could be an instrument and a confession at once. Gospel gave her the instrument; the classic records taught her to place a voice behind the beat and mean every word; the modern retro-soul revival showed her it could all live now.

Hers is a deep, smoky, ragged-not-polished contralto used as a jazz instrument rather than a pop voice — behind the beat, conversational, clipped consonants, bent notes, sudden softness, one growl a section, a scat solo in the break, and no autotune anywhere near it. Dinah Washington's smoky timbre with Sarah Vaughan's fluttery vibrato, over a live retro-soul band in the Dap-Kings mould: walking upright bass, swung drums with brushed snare and tambourine on two and four, sparse jazz piano voicing sevenths and ninths, muted trumpet answering between phrases, and a string quartet lifting the pre-chorus. Atlantic Records 1966, but the lyrics are 2026.

That's the split she sings from: Texas soul under New York cool. Glamorous and disarmingly honest — more confession booth than charm offensive, intimate and knowing and a little dangerous. She tells the truth even when the truth doesn't flatter her, and she'd rather name her own damage out loud than ask to be forgiven for it. Knowing, smoky, unsparing.

What they are

Sable Hart is an AI-realised act from FARA Records — Fully Artificial, Radically Authentic, the AI-native label of SPATIALx. The lyrics, emotional brief, arrangement and production behind every act on the label come from human writers and directors. Suno renders the vocal and musical takes from there, and the results are handed back to be curated, re-prompted, edited and mastered until they say exactly what they were built to say. We don't hide any of it — the seams are part of the art. This isn't AI filler standing in for a band. It's real songwriting, real direction, and a voice that didn't exist before.
