Inside the album
A journey from dark UK garage to sunrise, with 2-step, dubstep and liquid drum & bass along the way. The Cosmic Game brings twelve tracks together for the long night.
Set in a late-night South London imagined as a board game, the album follows six players through four acts. Its story moves from the masks people wear to fear, release and arrival, with the music carrying each change.
The sound
Future and electro-garage give the album its foundation. Afraid Of Fear turns to liquid drum & bass at 172 BPM; Life Is Not a Problem blends garage, deep dubstep and ska; Flow Like Water brings euphoric garage.
