JERICHO
Deep South, now Phoenix · b. 1995 · FARA Records
Full Bio / WikiJERICHO (born Eli Marsh, 12 April 1995) grew up in Deep South poverty and now calls Phoenix home. He left the first way he could — a full decade spent on the highway, putting distance between himself and everything that raised him — until somewhere along the way the road stopped being an escape route and became the one thing he actually trusted.
His sound sits at the collision point of outlaw and Southern-gothic country storytelling — the Colter Wall and Waylon lineage, Cash's plainspoken menace, the murk of Nick Cave and 16 Horsepower — and the harder-edged drift and country-phonk scene rising alongside it, letting him tell an old kind of story through a genuinely new kind of noise.
Onstage and on record he carries the same restlessness that built the songs: watchful, unresolved, always halfway to somewhere else. Three words for him: restless, defiant, haunted.
What they are
JERICHO is an AI-realised act from FARA Records — Fully Artificial, Radically Authentic, the AI-native label of SPATIALx. The lyrics, emotional brief, arrangement and production behind every act on the label come from human writers and directors. Suno renders the vocal and musical takes from there, and the results are handed back to be curated, re-prompted, edited and mastered until they say exactly what they were built to say. We don't hide any of it — the seams are part of the art. This isn't AI filler standing in for a band. It's real songwriting, real direction, and a voice that didn't exist before.
