Levi Coldiron
Blue Ridge · b. 1996 · FARA Records
Full Bio / WikiLevi Coldiron was born August 13, 1996, and grew up in a Blue Ridge holler where music was a family trade, not a career — a handed-down banjo passed to him early, and his mother's shape-note gospel ringing out from the church house on Sundays. He learned the high-lonesome sound before he had a name for it, understanding early that it's the sound of distance and longing carried over a ridge.
His playing sits squarely in the bluegrass tradition, drawing on Bill Monroe, Flatt & Scruggs, Doc Watson, and Ralph Stanley — breaks trading, three-part harmony, and a hard stop on the tonic instead of a fade.
Onstage, Levi plays with an unshowy, earnest energy that turns quickly spirited once the breaks start trading. Three words: earnest, spirited, rooted.
What they are
Levi Coldiron is an AI-realised act from FARA Records — Fully Artificial, Radically Authentic, the AI-native label of SPATIALx. The lyrics, emotional brief, arrangement and production behind every act on the label come from human writers and directors. Suno renders the vocal and musical takes from there, and the results are handed back to be curated, re-prompted, edited and mastered until they say exactly what they were built to say. We don't hide any of it — the seams are part of the art. This isn't AI filler standing in for a band. It's real songwriting, real direction, and a voice that didn't exist before.
